Whevener possible, can anyone provide the names of Accounting Firms and Law Firms in the area who specialize in tech start-ups. I don't necessarily want the "big firms" either, as from my understanding they can be impersonal and put a lot of people on projects just to get up the billable hours.

I have some federal trademark issues, or rather logos I want protection for. Also, and most important, I wondered if "Mobile Applications" are eligible for Business Method Patent protection? I have at least 2 ideas I will turn into a mobile application, but before I submit the developer bidding for either project, which the bid will be publicly viewed, I needed to know if Mobile Applications are even eligible, with the BILSKI ruling and everything.
