Building a Management Team

I started a company last year and have been working on it full time since. The platform, marketing plan, sales plan,..etc are all laid out. I will be launching next month. Its a very exciting product in a multibillion dollar market. there is definitely room for an innovative company like ours to succeed.
I am looking for experienced individuals to join my management team. Ideally people who are motivated and want to embark in a great journey. There will be lots of work and lots of rewards.
I am looking for Web Designers/Coders who think outside the box and are up to date with the new technologies.
I am also looking for a Marketing/Advertising Exec to join the team. please be experienced or really dynamic and innovative.
As we grow, we will post further postings in the future.
