Rails 2 & getting started
Hello!
I've recently graduated with my MS in CS and feel that awful gap between knowledge and experience. As part of trying to get myself more experience, I figure I need to work on increasingly complex projects.
So, Q1: Any advice for what I should make sure I can do, sorts of projects I might try that'd make me a more viable candidate all around?
Q2: Too early for RoR 2? Again, starting off, esp. with Rails. Is going after 2 going to limit me at this point? I've already discovered my usual webhost doesn't support it. :(
